Transactions not showing in reconcilliation

I entered some interest transactions today through recieve money, but they don't show up anywhere.  when i go to bank reconcilliation for that account no transactions show but it's showing out of bal...

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

 

I'm sorry to hear about your transaction not appearing in the reconcile accounts window. Currently, there are no known issues of this nature reported. I recommend checking the dates of the transaction to see if the reconciliation date is after the transaction date. Also, you can open the transaction and do a recap to see if the transaction went to the right account. Here is an article about how recapping transactions works.
