Transfer in Bank Feed Showing as read Only

I am and Invited user and pretty sure we have ticked every box to have full function but my transfer  in bank feeds will not work and comes up read only i can select account but i have no ok button o...

    FOUND IT  was just a tiny little button that needed to be read and write in manage user roles
