Unable to delete electronic fund
I have just spent a number of frustrating hours on the support line trying to fix an issue, however, as yet a solution has not been found.
I have a electronic payment that has gone into undeposited funds. I called for assistance on how to get it from there and into the trading account. I was advised to delete the deposit but was met with an error message about previous financial year. The transaction is only 6 weeks old and well within this financial year.
This was explained to the support person, but I was told there was nothing more they could help with.
Is it possible to get some assistance as I am unable to reconcile the accounts.
