Do you have rectangle boxes at the end of every transaction that is fed?
I do, and the balance is always out by the amount of the activity.
I spoke with a woman on the 'help' line last week, who did a post-dated bank reconciliation. The CC reconciled BUT the balance still didn't show $0.00. Further feeds still have the symbol and the credit card is STILL OUT OF BALANCE.

Thanks for sharing what you’ve observed in your file. The boxes you mentioned may be related to the balance issue, so that should definitely be checked.
The balance on a credit card generally shows the amount owing. Since you’ve already completed the reconciliation, the balance in your file should align with the balance on your bank statement.
If the balances still don’t match, please contact our support team again through My Account and include screenshots of both balances. This will help the team investigate further.
