Backups are important for keeping your data safe and sound. With MYOB AccountRight, there's a feature that lets you make backups of your company file. It's a key step in protecting your data from things like equipment failure, accidental deletion, or even those not-so-nice cyber-attacks. But here's a neat thing: if you're working with an online company file or using the AccountRight browser version, you don't have to stress about doing the backups yourself. How often does MYOB backup and online file? It used to be weekly, has this changed?

If your AccountRight company file is online, MYOB stores your data in advanced data centers and cloud servers. These facilities automatically back up your data weekly, keeping it secured for a period of six months.
