Cant Export To Excel from MYOB

I would suggest trying the below steps to address the missing .XLT files,

• Check permission and security settings for the missing file in the specified location.
• To install Server Edition of Account Right which can install the missing files.

Below is my reply to your suggested steps. Please refer to the word in Bold.

• Check permission and security settings for the missing file in the specified location. - I have given the user full permission on the specified location, but still cant export to Excel.
• To install Server Edition of Account Right which can install the missing files. Yes, the server Edition version is already installed, the user is using a client version. But still the same, they cannot export to Excel.

Have you checked to see if the file CHKBKREG.XLT actually exists in the specified location?

the file is not exists, but I have give user the full permission to the path (public document folder and all sub folder)

Can you now see the problem? - permissions don't matter if the file does not exist. As suggested by PriyaSelvaraj try re-installing the server edition - rather than confirming it is installed. AR2023 cannot export this data to excel unless it can find the CHKBKREG.xlt file.

The file is there, permission has been given to full control.. The error is no longer there, but when I click on the export to excel button, nothing happens but when click on Display report the report will show. 

Hi chungch , is your Excel program 32 bit? Open Excel, select File, Account, then Account details (or similar) to find out.

64 bit version will not work with MYOB.

it is 64bit version. But i have others laptop install with 64bit windows to.. it works..

Hi chungch , I'm asking about your version of Microsoft Office, not Windows. Office must be 32-bit before exports to Excel will work. 

Yes, I am referring to the office version too. it is Office 365 64 bit
Cause our Group license is purchased in bulk. All user in our subsidiary office is using the same version (Office 365 64 bit) Please refer to the screen shot of one of the working pc I take from the working pc.
