Hi hparkinson1 , one possibility is that even if you don't use the quantity breaks, you need to include the field labelled Quantity Break 0, with a 0 in it. Also make sure you import fewer than 500 items at one time (the limit might be higher, but I haven't tried more than that. I can say that importing 1000 at a time will not update anything).

Thanks Mike. i do have all the price breaks in there as zero for anything that doesnt have an amount. Im only trying to import 5 lines as this is a test so that we can update everything on the 1st Sept. Can't figure out what else it might be. Did have error 4077 which support fixed, then had issues around spaces in data so I removed any of them. Now I've got this and I just can't figure it out. Any other suggestions that you think might help?

Hi hparkinson1 , if you are not using the other quantity breaks at all, then you should just provide a file with "Quantity Break 1" (filled in with zeroes) and the "Price Level A-F, Quantity Break 1" fields.
For imports designed for the current version of AccountRight, there should be a pair of curly braces in line 1, and nothing else, ie "{}" (without the quotation marks)

Hi hparkinson1,
Thank you for posting and sorry to hear about the issue you are having with imports.
Also, thank you Mike_James for providing information and help in the forum.
If the issue persists, I suggest re-entering the tax codes manually as sometimes extra characters inside it would muck up the import file. If after doing so the issue persists. I would suggest including a copy of the import log and the import file in your response, for us to check on this further.
Cheers,
Genreve

Thank you both for your help. I ended up getting rid of the extra columns and then I was getting another error message (4065). I had to ring support and they had to run a script on the file. All working now. Thank you
