export pdf attachments on purchase orders

In AccountRight, you can save supplier purchase attachments to OneDrive for your warranty records.

 

• Open the purchase transaction.
• Click Attachments.
• Select the PDF and click Enlarge.
• Use the save icon in your browser and choose your OneDrive folder as the save location.

For now, attachments need to be downloaded one at a time. For the download steps, look for the Saving a copy of an attachment section in Attaching documents to transactions.
