The usual reason for this error is when the .XLT files are missing from the folder, or permissions/security settings are blocking access, but don't worry, there are plenty of ways to fix this! First up, try reinstalling the AccountRight software. Make sure your antivirus is turned off and run the installer as an admin (right-click and select Run as administrator). You could also give the server installer a shot. I found another post where someone had the same issue and managed to sort it out.
