Import CSV budget file error

When trying to export a budget file from the web browser version and I'm unable to select export as CSV, only pdf or excel are working. I've selected export as excel and saved the file as a CSV file ...

Hi Earl,

 

Unfortunately, the CSV export option is not available, which is why I have selected to export via excel.

 

I have also tried opening the web browser version of Myob in a different browser. This also did not resolve the issue as the CSV export option was still not available.
