Budget Import Error
I keep getting this message -The row count does not match the template.- even when I export and immediately import the same file without edits.
Can anyone help?

Hey PRW,
Since Excel and PDF are working but CSV isn’t, it’s likely something that needs a closer look. The best step is to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. They'll be able to check what's going on.
Cheers,

Hi PRW,
No worries, we’ll get this sorted. The “row count does not match the template” error appears when the file’s layout doesn’t match the budget template MYOB expects. The quickest fix is to export the budget straight from the Budget screen as a CSV and use that file as your starting point. I’ll also share this forum post and this link with extra tips to help resolve import error.
Cheers,
Princess
I think the CSV export may be the issue. I can export as excel or pdf but the csv doesn't seem to work. Is there something I can do to fix that?
