IMS GL export to AccountRight no connecting.
I keep getting an error message saying IMS is unable to connect to MYOB AccountRight. please check that you have access to your network and that your MYOB AR instance is functioning.
I received this same message 2 years ago and it took IMS 10 months to fix and now its come up again. The only solution support has given me so far is to enter my journal manually which i do not want to do as it adds hours onto my payroll processing.
Does anyone have any solutions or ideas as to why this keeps happening. Also when it happened 2 years ago that was the 2nd time it happened.
