Bank feed hasn’t updated in nearly two weeks.

Hi. 

I have two ANZ bank feeds. Both were working perfectly. 

The credit card feed hasn’t updated in nearly two weeks. 

What’s the recommended solution for this?

    Btw, I see you've started a ticket and may be getting a bit held up by our clumsy, though well-intentioned, chat bot. I think it might take one more 'talk to human' to get through to us. I'll flag this with our team, the experience shouldn't behave like that.
