How long does it take to connect my commbank to myob solo

Solo needs a transaction to kick the connection into gear, so can I just double-check that there has been a transaction on the account since you set it up?

If not, you can even just do a small transfer between accounts, or buy yourself a little treat; this will push it through.

If there have been transactions since setting it up, there are a few things to note:

• Solo is only able to bring over confirmed transactions, so while they are still pending, they won't come through
• Solo syncs with your bank twice a day, so it might have missed the cutoff for the previous sync and it will come through in the next one

So between the bank processing the transaction and Solo's syncing schedule, it can sometimes take 1-3 business days for all the systems to start talking to each other and for the data to start flowing

But of course, if you definitely have some confirmed transactions on there, it's been more than a couple of days, and you're still not seeing any movement in the app, just flick us a message! You can chat to us in the app by tapping More -> Chat with us, and we can take a look under the hood.
