remove daily email limit

I want to remove daily email limit. Have called, used moca several times, emailed etc and all I get is, Solo is outside of their scope and redirect to somewhere else. I am going in circles and wasting hours.  My understanding is this needs to be removed at the backend by MYOB but verbal or written confimation is required to check emails and ensure not spam etc....but no-one will give me a direct phone or link to someone that is an actual person that can do this for me. Happy to myself if this is possible and someone know how.

    It sounds like Solo’s spam filter has been a little too keen. With newer Solmates, Solo does sometimes place a limit on how many invoices can be sent and to how many contacts. That’s just to keep everyone protected from accidental spam. The good news? Those limits reset every day automatically and the more Solo gets to know you and the way you work, the less chance of you hitting those limits!

    In the meantime though, don't worry you’re not stuck. You can open the invoice, tap Share PDF, and send it straight out via your own email app (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) as a quick workaround until the limit refreshes.
