Tap and go payment taken but invoice says unpaid?
Hi all,
I took a card payment using the tap and go feature on the app yesterday. It came up with the tick and everything as usual to say it had gone through and I moved on to my next job not thinking much of it.
I have been doing some invoices this morning and have just seen that the invoice said unpaid?
Of course I can’t check my income list as for some stupid reason these payments don’t show (hey MYOB can we change this??) and I won’t get the money for about a week as usually it takes a while to come through.
I just don’t want to contact my client without checking if anyone on here knows anything about this issue or has experienced it before first.
