Unable to view saved Receipts on paid Invoices

MYOB SOLO. Using on Android.  When I complete a Paid Invoice and try to attach a copy of my saved Receipt, it  appears to have saved, when i return to the app and open that Invioice then "View Receipt" i can only see tiles with 0.00% displayed. If i try and open these i get a progress indicator that seems to never get anywhere so i just cancel out of it.  Example Receipt is a .pdf and is 71.96kb.   I have tried attaching it both fron OneDrive, then also from a copy saved locally on my device.  Please assist.

    Thanks for reporting this and for the detailed information, that’s really helpful.

    We’re aware of an issue affecting receipt attachments in MYOB Solo on Android, where PDFs may appear to upload but then show as 0.00% tiles and fail to load when opened.

    Our team has already developed a hot fix for this and it has been submitted to the app store. We’re currently waiting on approval from Google Play, and once approved the update will be available to download.

    In the meantime, the issue is expected behaviour due to this bug rather than anything wrong with your file (your PDF size and format are fine). If possible, we recommend holding off on re-attaching receipts until the update is released.

  • Thanks Hannah.  Confirmed the new app update which I installed last   week has fixed this   issue.  Can view all receipts now. Regards,
