Thanks for the screenshot provided. If you can't see a transaction in the reconciliation window, try this:
- Go to Banking >> Find Transaction >> Debits and Credits and use the filters to locate the transaction. Make sure the date and account are correct.
- If everything looks right, run the bank reconciliation report for that account and period. Customize the report to show the Reconciled Date Column. If the transaction has a reconciled date, it means it has already been reconciled.

Thank you for this. I can now see the transaction in the bank reconciliation report. I have a Reconciled Date Column but that transaction does not have a reconciled date.

Hi sharynne,
The absence of a reconciled date for that transaction could indicate that it hasn't been fully reconciled yet. You will need to double-check the reconciliation process to ensure everything is completed correctly. I would recommend undoing the reconciliation process then doing it again to include the specific transaction. See this link for detailed instructions.
