Hi SJBP,
Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.
I'm sorry to hear about your issue finding your transactions in the reconcile accounts window. There are multiple possible reasons why this could happen. I recommend checking the following.
- Check the dates and the account of the transaction created. (make sure the dates and account are accurate)
- Reconciling the account with a future date (31/12/9998) and undo. To see if the missing transactions appear.
Let us know the results of the testing and if you require any further assistance with this.
