AMEX Bank Feeds

Hi, just wondering if there is an issue in connecting a new bank feed, especially for AMEX Credit Card, I'm receiving the following message even after trying different browsers.

 

 

  • Thank you for your reply, after contacting MYOB support via MOCA it was an issue with the back end of the file which was fixed.

    Thanks for double-checking in different browsers! No current issues connecting AMEX to bank feeds here. Sometimes it’s just a sneaky browser issue, so give clearing your cache and history a go.
