Problem Setting up Amex Bank Feed

Recently I replaced my Amex card with a new card and number.  I set the bank feed for the previous card to inactivated.  The new card is configured for online banking.

Now trying to setup a new feed.  I get as far as the Amex bank feed site and encounter an error.  I called Amex - they said everything is OK at their end and that I should contact MYOB for help.

Can you look into this and advise?

    Hi razorback2000,

     

    Thanks for checking with AMEX first. If you’re setting up an AMEX bank feed in MYOB, the card needs to be issued directly by American Express. Co-branded AMEX cards and corporate cards aren’t eligible for bank feeds.

     

    The AMEX card types we currently support for feeds are:

     

    • proprietary personal credit cards
    • small business credit cards

     

    If your card fits those and you’re still getting stuck, I’d recommend going through this guide first: Connecting an AMEX card to MYOB. If it still won’t connect after that, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so we can investigate further.

    Yes its a supported card and yes I checked the support page.  I have raised a support ticket with MYOB .
