I am not sure where to put this. But MYOB automatic matching has been wrong more than it has been right. I have rules in places. Then you stuff everything up big time. I believe that you should get a month's free subscription for all of the extra work that has been created. You obviously did not trial the software changes. Really bad for your business.

Automatic matching is meant to make bank reconciliation quicker. MYOB’s automatic matching uses transaction details and bank-rule criteria, so incorrect matches can be reviewed and unmatched or unallocated. You can check the matched transactions and review the rules here: Working with bank transactions.
