As well as some comments on this forum I placed a complaint with MYOB. My complaint took several days to be acknowledged and then today I received 2 emails. One was acknowledging the problem was still being worked on by the developers without any time frame. The next was one saying my case had been closed at my request. I don't believe MYOB's attitude to this problem! I have sent a reply email stating my case again and the fact that I am not happy. I would suggest that anyone having this problem, which I imagine is hundreds of people, should lodge a case/complaint so that they are fully aware of how it is affecting everyones business.
