Bank Reconciliation Scrolling

Hello

This Month i have noticed the bank reconciliation window has changed. As i have hundreds of transactions in any 1 account, when I scroll to the end date and check the box the window SCROLLS BACK TO THE TOP and it is VERY VERY annoying! I then have to scroll all the way BACK to the bottom to keep reconciling EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Why has this been changed? you used to scroll, match you transaction, tick the box scroll etc. This is very frustrating and has the potential for transactions to be missed, takes 5 times as long to reconcile bank accounts. Change it back!

    it is fixed everyone!

    I reconciled 2 accounts yesterday in 5 minutes. IT IS FIXED> :)

    Yes I also noticed that. My boss likes a screenshot of things, now I have to send him multiple ones.

  • This continuous scrolling back to top when returning to a window after checking another window for data etc is absolutely BS…TIME CONSUMING is not why I keep paying higher fees ..

    the making invoice lists and columns bigger so now have to scroll up /down and sideways to read if sent/read etc

    MYOB should use their own product for their accounting and see what their number crunchers and data entry personnel give feedback……. How about random calls to subscribers for honest feedback
