We are sorry that you are having difficulties due to the bank transaction not showing in the bank reconciliation. We are grateful for your patience. To address the issue, could you please confirm whether the transaction is visible on your bank statement? If yes, can you please record a future dated bank reconciliation?
- In the Reconcile accounts window enter the bank statement date as something like i.e year 9998
- Enter the calculated balance in the closing balance field so the Out of balance is $0.00
- Click Reconcile
- Click on Undo Reconciliation
- Undo the future dated reconciliation
- Check if those transactions now appear on the Reconcile accounts window.
