Bank Transactions - Allocated Me - You must specify a Cost Centre

Hi in Bank Transactions when I click on Allocate Me and select an expense category, the screen defaults back to  "Allocate Me"  ... as if I didnt click a caegory. 

I get a message at the top saying "You must specify a cost centre" , but I am selecting one. 

 

How dfo I allocate these transactions?

    Hi Sandym,

     

    If you don't have access to the desktop version, best bet is to check in with your administrator so they can set you up with the right access. If you do have access but it's throwing an error, no worries, you can jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount and the team will give you a hand.

    I have NO access to a desktop version. What can I do?

    Hi delatreasurer,

     

    That one's a bit of a tricky quirk. If you've got cost centres turned on in AccountRight, there's a preference that makes it mandatory to pick one for every transaction. The catch is, the browser version hasn't quite caught up yet. For now, you'll need to pop into the desktop version of AccountRight to get those transactions allocated properly.
