Update: even though it said the QIF file could not be deleted, it did it anyway and was gone when I logged back in again. So this is resolved.
Glad to hear it's resolved. For future, if you import a QIF file and the transactions in the file have been reconciled, that's when the error pops up. To get around it, if you click into your Reconcile accounts window and ensure those transactions aren't ticked or reconciled, you'll be able to delete the QIF file without an issue.
