As of now, we don't have that feature in MYOB Business to do bulk hiding of bank feed transactions. You will, therefore, have to do it one by one, which I understand will be a rather tedious task for you.
We have noted a lot of our clients requesting a delete or bulk hide option within Bank Feeds. As the more popular a suggestion is, the more likely it is for our product developers to implement it into future releases of the software, we do highly encourage you to post it on our MYOB Business/Essentials Idea Exchange board.
