Duplicate bank feed entries appearing

Hi, I'm finding a bunch of duplicate bank feed entries in July to Oct 2024 appearing in a file that has been reconciled up to 30th April.   Is anyone else finding this problem?

That does sound a bit unusual, and we haven’t seen many reports of this happening. The best thing to do is get in touch with our support team so they can take a closer look and help sort it out for you.
