Yep same, logged in and out refreshed browser and same error occurs. Fingers crossed fixed soon

There are user posts from 13 hours ago noting the same error with zero response.
But don't let this distract myob from putting prices up this year for all the great new enhancements they have introduced
Maybe some weekend tech staff would be a great suggestion
Same error. Very frustrating. It's like the AI isn't working or is blocking.
I do the same task every week, but first time that isn't working.

Oh me too! i have tried logging in and out a few times and just thought it was something at my end.
Anyone had any luck getting assistance or an explanation from MYOB support

Exact same issue today when matching bank transaction and categorising them
"There are one or more errors: Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us." Tied clearing Edge cache, restart of computer, tried using incognito browser pane, tried using Chrome - same message. I suspect it’s either:
- a MYOB platform issue affecting Bank Transactions right now, or
- a file-side/data validation issue that MYOB support needs to clear.
Any other ideas to get this sorted?

yep Im changing provider at the start of the financial year the support here is useless
