How ridiculous. Smart reconciliation has been switched on, but not by me and I'm the sole user of the account! Now I can't reconcile my balanced Main account because of an unmatched transaction from September 2022. It has also overridden Bank Rules that I had set in place affecting the reconciliations of 2 other bank account. I hate this. FIX THIS ASAP!

So glad I was going a bit of browsing while eating lunch. This could be why several transactions from years ago popped up in the reconcilliation last month. I assumed either I had stuffed something up or the accountant was in the file again 'adjusting things' (they do that to me from time to time, I think to justify their ever increasing bills, but that's another gripe).

Hi everyone,
Thanks for your patience while we checked this further.
At the moment, there isn't an option in-file to turn Smart Reconciliation off or revert back to the previous banking view. I understand that's frustrating, especially when you're expecting to see that option available.
If you need help with account-specific transaction behaviour, please contact our support team through My Account so they can look into your file securely.
Regards,
Genreve

When will this be fixed ? Along with the 5000 bank entries I have in my file from 2019 since you’ve changed this ? This is ridiculous … you can’t just change things and then offer no solution to the problem !
