identifying an unknown online payment

I have received a payment through MYOB online payment that I can not identify. The payment is showing in my bank account however it has not auto reconciled.

How do I go about identifying this payment as I have no idea who it came from.

    Hi Dishome,

     

    Totally get how confusing that can be. Random payments popping up are never ideal. If you can flick us a PM with a few details of the mystery payment (like the amount, date, bank reference or anything else showing on your statement), we'll dig into it from our side and help you figure out where it's come from. Once we've got those details, we should be able to point you in the right direction.

    Thanks Sia,

    I can see that the payment has now reconciled, so this can be closed.

    I am not sure why, but I appear to have no option to reply to your PM. I have tried 2 differenct  browsers with no luck.

    Hi Dishome,

     

    Love that the payment's all squared away now! The reason you couldn’t send us a private message before was due to a setting on our end, but I’ve adjusted and enabled it now, so you’ll be able to reply to us via private message going forward.
