Unfortunately that's not the problem, my feeds are saying they are connected. I reconnected the feeds last year when they made the update.

Hi AndreaImbibe,
As per checking, there is currently no bank feed delay reported for BNZ. Since disconnecting and reconnecting your bank account does not apply to your situation, I recommend contacting MYOB Support for help. They can check if there are any issues specific to your bank feed. You can do this by sending a support ticket from the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA.
