It's unusual for all your purchase transactions to appear in the reconciliation window. Generally, trade creditor values should not be showing in the reconciliation window. I recommend checking the Purchase Linked Categories window to ensure the linked categories are connected to the correct accounts, as this is likely the cause of your issue.
