new to Accountright business online and sadly I find the differences between the desktop and online mind boggling to Navigate.
I have checked off every transaction in our June statement to MYOB reconciliation bank transactions and last month balanced but this month is out by thousands... Any suggestions pleeeease?

It sounds like the transition to the browser app has been rough, and this reconciliation issue started straight after your first reconciliation.
The duplicate transactions may be showing on that screen in error. I’d recommend following the steps in this post: https://community.myob.com/discussions/bus-banking/bank-reconciliation/862122/replies/862610
If that doesn’t remove the transactions from the Reconcile Accounts window, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting with our live chat team through MOCA.
