If you allocate a super payment transaction, it will only create a new transaction, and you'll be out by that amount. You'll need to match it instead. Make sure to undo the reconciliation that includes the super payment because it won't appear in the bank feed window if it's already reconciled or marked from the reconcile accounts window. Then match the transaction in the bank feed instead of allocating.
