Hi DALEWI,
That does sound pretty unusual! I'd recommend reaching our back end team so they can take a look at this for you. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

Hi Earl_HD,
Here is an example of a direct match but the AI is giving me 10 suggestions instead of matching the amount directly like it used to do fairly consistently. The amounts look random and are way off but the open invoices are from the same debtor as the correct match. The payment has not been receipted in MYOB prior which is the same way I have been doing it for years. This is also the 'field' I am referring to where it opens up to show the user the suggested transactions. When I select the correct transaction and click save, the system takes a few moments to complete the process. If I move on to another transaction and open this same 'field' on the new transaction before the the system has finished matching, when it does finish, the system closes both the matching field and the new transaction field I have opened. When it does that, it feels like the bank transactions list are scrolling up and down the screen (sometime 10-20 lines depending on how many suggested transaction were listed in the open fields) making it difficult to follow where I was at. I don't believe it is a browser processing or slow internet issue but an unintended action of how it's designed. If I do them 1 by 1 and wait for the processing it doesn't feel as bad but because it is now finding 10 or more suggested matches, the amount or screen real estate that changes is a lot greater than prior making the effect feel worse overall. I believe this is the same or similar to points 1 and 2 from the OP

And to add a bit more to it. Fairly regularly the matching process fails because 'something went wrong' and because the screen real estate moves around so much, it is easy to overlook the non matching and then find it not matched later on.

And to add a bit more. It doesn't like matching multiple suggestions and will give a 'something went wrong' pop up notification and it doesn't match more than one. IE: If the systems has correct suggestions/matches for multiple bank transactions and I use the tick to approve each match, Subsequent approvals fail if I approve/tick them before the other has finished processed. I should be able to tick through the correct matches and it processes them one by one just like how the desktop version does if I tick approve, approve, approve on multiple correct matches.
