MYOB Teams App not showing submitted timesheet
I have an employee that is having issues with their MYOB Teams App. When they submit their timesheets it does not show their history and therefore they do not know whether or not their timesheet has been submitted. As the employer we can see the submitted timesheets. As they cannot confirm whether the timesheets have been submitted we are having trouble with timesheets being submitted more that once. They are a long time user of the app and have logged on and off. Removed app and reinstalled it and are still having issues.
Pay run in wrong financial year
I have a pay run that ended on 30th March (EOY) which I didn't process until 2 April and didn't realize that it would go into this current financial year totals and had already submitted it to the IRD, how do I reverse this pay run so that it reflects in our totals for YE 31/3/25 and how do I reverse the submitted IRD payment. Much appreciated for any help. Thanks
Paid 10 cents less than payslip
Hi I've just noticed that I transferred one of our employees 10c less than the payslip and therefore can't match off the transaction. This was back in January. Given the low amount the employee isn't too concerned. Without reversing the payrun, given it was back in January, what is the easiest way to be able to reconcile the transaction? Thanks

Hi there MYOBers. I have a 1 man Pty Ltd and my accountant is pushing me to Xero and Ive come to Xero & Myob to understand what & why. The web sites are hopeless to a prospective user if you know I'd love some guidance and will send digital gratitude to answers for these if my Accountant is pro Xero, is there still a data transfer from myob Solo which doesnt add any burden to either party online reviews for myob is pretty savage comparasion to xero online reviews for xero is savage on the cost of using that platform ultimatley, are you happy with myob ?Card Details
It would be good if the Card Details for Employees had a separate section for emergency contact/next of kin details. Currently this goes into the Notes section but the notes section doesn't allow many characters. In the notes section I usually record dates and amounts of employee pay rises - it would be good to have somewhere to record this also for easy reference. Or, simply expand the capacity of the Notes box :)
Tab key function no longer working in date area of invoice.
Hi since the recent 2025.2.1.9 update I can no longer use my left hand keyboard Tab Key function button when entering a date on either an invoice or a quote. You now have to manually type your date in then move the Mouse cursor to enter in further information. When you have multiple entries this is extremely time consuming!! Can I please have a MYOB representative attend to this please. Thank you.
