Something went wrong message when selecting certain items
Can somerone help me please.
Since the new update of MYOB essentials a few of my items are no longer accessable.
They wont show up on invoices and I can't select them to modify them.
Same issue no matter what browser I use.

Thank you for confirming that information.
The message you are encountering is something that we are aware of and is caused by duplicate information in the background of the file.
Generally speaking, the first thing we do need to ensure that you are accessing the MYOB Business with an updated browser as you have indicated you are.
In terms of the next step, we have arranged for a “script” tool to be run over that MYOB Business that should remedy that situation for you. This has all been run and should allow access to that item(s) as intended.
