Accountant lost access
Hi all,
all has been well using MYOB until I updated my accountant to Advisor . She now has no access. I have deleted her and re-invited using My.MYOB and she still doesn’t have any access. Tried through the settings toggle and it says “user already with this email .”
when I changed her to advisor , I noticed her email change from (example) : Jenny@12345.com to 12345.com . This also happens when I add her again and assign her as advisor . we are both at a loss .
