I have tried all the suggestions listed above and now another month has passed and I still cannot log into my account to cancel subscription. Our business has been closed for 3 years and whilst we did need to keep the subscription for taxation purposes we do not need it now. I can see all the other comments on how difficult it is to cancel subscription and do not have the time to be on hold waiting for a reply. I have updated email addresses but to view my account they are referring to the old email which is no longer active. Please advise the most convenient and easy way to cancel subscription without having to be placed on hold when I call. The other option I can see other people are doing is cancelling the payments with the bank which is ludicrous but that is what I will have to resort to unless I get a reasonable response from MYOB. I would think making it so difficult to cancel a subscription would be unethical. Please provide a response asap.

As your main request is to cancel, continuing to troubleshoot the sign-in message won’t resolve this. Please contact MYOB Support by phone so the team can verify the account and process the cancellation. I understand being on phone takes a lot of time, but rest assured they are the team to handle your cancellation concern.
