I’m sorry for how frustrating and drawn out this has been, especially with the trouble of trying to cancel while you’re overseas. I checked your case and can confirm that your cancellation has already been processed. Your subscription will officially end on 27 July 2026, and we’ve also sent you an email with those details. As for your refund request, it’s already in the correct queue with the team handling it.
