Change owner

I would like to change ownership of my Myob Business file to another administrator. Could you please tell me how to change it.

    Hello Princess,

    please confirm if this is the case for MYOB EXO as well? Transfer of license is free?

    Hi shivdeep,

     

    For anything related to transferring licenses, the EXO team would be the best people to check with. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly to get the most accurate information.

     

    If you purchased MYOB Exo Business software directly from MYOB, you can contact our support team Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEDT/AEST on 1300 739 683 or email businesssupport@myob.com. If you purchased MYOB Exo Business software from an approved MYOB reseller, you'll need to contact your reseller for support.

    Hi Hannah,

    the primary contact has left Transport Logistics and i have no way of contacting them. Am i able to change the contact to myself.

    I lodged a Change of Primary Contact form on 27 February, 2026.  I have not heard a thing from MYOB.  How long will my request take to action?  Getting very frustrated.

    Hi iain_t,

     

    Thanks for checking in, and sorry about the delay in getting back to you about your Change of Primary Contact request. I've had a look and we've followed up your request for you. It looks like the only thing holding things up is that we haven't received a government-issued ID for the new primary contact just yet. Once that's sent through, we'll be able to move ahead with the change. You can simply reply to the auto-reply email you received when you first lodged the form and attach the ID there, and our team will pick it up and get things rolling. Appreciate your patience with this.
