Hi AaronW1,
Totally get where you're coming from. Once you’ve added the user and granted payroll access, remove it and check if they can still access the dashboard. If not, please reach out to our backend team for further help. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
Regards,
Earl
Update re. this - spent 2 hours on the phone with support for them to tell me that removing dashboard from users with limited access is a feature of the latest update. No notice to existing users that this would happen, and no indication that dashboard access will be restored for limited access users in future. Absolute waste of time.

Same thing happened to my client's user - have spent weeks going back & forth with a support case and NO ONE has said anything about the update affecting user dashboard access - WHY WHY WHY MYOB do you do this? Waste of my time & client's time. How about MYOB leave it up to us or the business owner to decide who has access to what within their own files.
