Email incorrect for account owner on myaccount.myob

With the transfer of details from mymyob.com.au to myaccount.myob the email picked up for the account owner(me)on the main company I set up, is the very first email I used to set this company up. The email was changed at least 10 years ago with the new email working in mymyob.com.au with no problems. 

Any changes or support requested for this company now goes to my old email which I no longer have access too?  I have put in 2 support queries about this in the last few weeks & I have no reponse even through I have explained that this email is not longer operational. These requests are also not showing on the log.

There are other companies that were related to this one that have moved accross with the correct email & I am able to edit all company details apart from ABN which hasn't been moved over??

Could you please advise me who to contact to get this corrected?

    Hi Jan22

     

    Retaining the old email address from when the business started can sometimes happen when your account is moved over to the My Account platform.

     

    Because it’s the main account owner's email, our team needs to update it from our side. The quickest way is to log into My Account and create a ticket, or use MOCA, our virtual assistant, to connect with our live chat team. 

     

    Just let them know the old email showing, the correct email you want to use now, and that you no longer have access to the old address. They can get it sorted for you and also check the ABN at the same time.

    Hi thanks for your response I have tried this previously with no response, I have just tried again now. 
    these support requests are not showing in myaccount.myob is this due to the different address for the company owner that is incorrect or I can not assess it so are sending support requests from my current email?
