Email incorrect for account owner on myaccount.myob
With the transfer of details from mymyob.com.au to myaccount.myob the email picked up for the account owner(me)on the main company I set up, is the very first email I used to set this company up. The email was changed at least 10 years ago with the new email working in mymyob.com.au with no problems.
Any changes or support requested for this company now goes to my old email which I no longer have access too? I have put in 2 support queries about this in the last few weeks & I have no reponse even through I have explained that this email is not longer operational. These requests are also not showing on the log.
There are other companies that were related to this one that have moved accross with the correct email & I am able to edit all company details apart from ABN which hasn't been moved over??
Could you please advise me who to contact to get this corrected?
