Thanks for sharing this. I’m sorry you’ve had to contact us several times and wait so long. Wait times are currently longer than we’d like, but I’ve followed up on the case connected to your email address, and the team will reply as soon as they can. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Genreve,

I have logged support two or three times for help, MYOB only close the support cases after 6pm when your office is closed and can not contact support.

Please note your wait times have been like this since June 2026, I have tried to phone and I listening to wait music for more than 60 minutes with no one answering the phone.

So please tell me how do we get support, we have paid for priority support and we don't seem to be any better with it.
