Invoices not showing

I have searched and followed directions for old instances of this and no joy.

When I go into the Invoices screen it is only showing Overdue invoices.  The Reset button has gone and is only a refresh which does nothing.

I have reset the date range to all time.  I have tried searching for a specific invoice number and it does not come up.

I have deleted temp file, reset cache, restarted computer.

Logged out of MYOB and back in again.

Using Google Chrome as I have done for the past 7 years with MYOB.

Any ideas on how to restore this month's invoices?

Tried a different browser and no problem.  Super frustrating all the little changes that don't add value.

    Hi Anvil1

It does sound like the invoices are just hidden on the page rather than gone for good.

    I recommend trying these steps:

    1. Go to Sales > Invoices from the left menu.
    2. Along the top, click In progress or the main Invoices view instead of Overdue.
    3. Set Status to All, Type to All, choose a wide Period (like This financial year), clear Customer and the Search box, then apply.
    4. Search again using the invoice number.

If that still does not bring them up, it is best to reach out to our support team so we can take a closer look. You can lodge a ticket from the My Account page or chat with our team via MOCA, our virtual assistant.

I have exactly the same problem.  My invoices are not showing up in chrome, but they are in edge.  Did you find a solution?

    Hi Trish7,

Thanks for jumping in and letting us know you’re seeing the same thing. If your invoices are showing in Edge but not in Chrome, that usually points to a browser-related issue rather than the invoices being missing. A few things worth trying in Chrome are:

    • refresh the page
    • clear your Chrome cache and cookies
    • open the file in an incognito window
    • turn off browser extensions for a moment, especially ad blockers or pop-up blockers
    • make sure Chrome is fully updated

If Edge is working for you, you can keep using that as a workaround.

    Regards,

    Sai

I am also having this problem. I have tried all the recommendations many times over and still not working. I was advised by Isaiah_C on Fri 3 Jul that someone would assist me with this issue and have heard nothing. It is becoming increasingly difficult to process invoices when I can't search for them (frustrated!!!)

I am having the same issue when viewing all invoices. It is extremely frustrating when you are trying to run a business and cannot access information that is vital to its day to day operations.

We are paying for a service that is experiencing far too many faults and ongoing issues. This is simply not acceptable and these problems need to be resolved

There is a current post with similar issues, where only one file user in the business was affected. (Other user cannot see invoices | MYOB Community). This was resolved by editing that user's access, removing all their roles, saving, then restoring all the roles again. NOTE: if you are the sole file user do NOT remove your admin role.

In addition, a hard browser reset was performed. (Ctrl+F5).

The usual advice to clear your browser cache is worth trying first if not already done.
