Hi all, we are working with our incident management team now to investigate this further. All indications on Friday last week when the previous incident was closed was that performance was back to normal.
But there are obviously a lot of people experiencing this again today. This should be loaded into our status hub again soon after the team have reviewed - JL254 months agoMember

Same problem here. Will consider jumping ship if MYOB doesn't sort it out soon.

Am still having issues with MYOB (contacted them last Friday) with pages taking a long time to load or loading stops completely saying there is a problem and you lose any information you put in the Invoice.
Very difficult to do Invoicing etc.
The first person I rang at MYPB on Friday said they didn't know of any problems, but to clear the cache (which I had already done) and then they suggested it was my internet speed and I should change my internet plan, although I pointed out that I have had the same internet plan for the last 5 or 6 years I have worked on MYOB. I rang again a few hours later and was talking to another person at MYOB who said the system tends to get slow on Fridays!
It got a little faster on the weekend, but still not good, but today (Monday) its really slow again.
Please fix...

Hi, I should have been clearer. Have been away, and got back last Friday, so hadn't used MYOB for several days. More than a week is just too much! How is anyone meant to be doing their work/business?

Would also love to know if MYOB will be compensating us??

I would also like to know if customers will be compensated. MYOB has had to deal with Partners complaining. But the Partners have had to deal with all their clients complaining that they can't use the system they pay good money for.. All at BAS time to top it off!

Hi all, as per our terms and conditions, MYOB does not compensate for business disruption.
You can review the T&Cs for your software by visiting myob.com/legal and navigating to the software you use.
With that being said, everyone has their own circumstances and situation.

I am still having issues with MYOB Business not working - there has been no fix. It is exactly the same as yesterday. This is extremely frustrating as I am on a deadline this month.
MYOB has been slow for months - what is the actual issue.
Your staff are no help, just asking me to try other browsers and clear the cache, which has not helped one bit
