MYOB Business Running Very Slow

What is up with business this morning.

 

It is running very slowly and has been confirmed by users at multiple locations.

  • MYOB still running super slow!  Cleared cache etc but no improvement - this has been reported, what is the outcome?

    So slow again today..was OK Wednesday afternoon but now back to the same problem.  What is going on MYOB??

  • Come on MYOB!!! This is getting ridiculous!! How can anyone work with any profitability when it takes so long to be able to complete and save an invoice.  I am spending my Sunday in the office trying to catch up on work I could not do last week due to the slowness of this programme.  Today I completed an invoice which took me literally 2 minutes to enter and I had to wait 7 minutes for it to save - I then had to reopen this invoice to add to it before sending and the previous entry was not there!! I had to re-enter it again.  Luckily, I had to add to that invoice otherwise I may not have caught this and undercharged the customer leaving me out of pocket.  Do Better!!!!

  • Why is this still an issue?  It has taken me 2 days to complete my end of month invoices where it should only take me half a day max.  I own a small business and the down time I am spending on waiting for pages to load, having to repeat enter whole invoices because the page closes because it is too slow, etc. is costing me valuable time in the office rather than out making money.  MYOB you are an accounting software company - you should have these problems sorted by now - it is your product that is the issue, not the ridiculous excuses you are giving of browsers, caches, internet etc.  I am seriously considering changing company's, which I am sure like many others, the hassle of doing so is daunting, but the time I am spending to just send out invoices is all too consuming.  At least have the decency to own the problem and respond to your customers with a solution!!!
