MYOB this is still a HUGE problem. Running extremely slow & getting error messages. Earlier today, I opened my practice page & it said I didn't have client files. Closed it & then reopened & they magically appeared.
I just spoke to support & was told there isn't a problem, but to put something on here.
He wouldn't even log a issue from me.
All he could do was to tell me to clear my browser (which I've done numerous times over the past week)
This isn't good enough MYOB.

Still so so slow.. what is going on?? and when it is going to be fixed?? Will we be compensated??

The system is still running extremely slowly. It’s been over a week now with only brief moments of normal speed before it drops off again. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if we should be charging MYOB for the additional time it’s taking just to complete basic tasks. It’s incredibly frustrating to be paying higher fees for what feels like a declining product.

I have been experiencing the same issue. It been consistently slow to load all week, and I frequently receive the "Something went wrong" error message. I've had to clear my browser cache multiple times a day just to keep it working. It is making it very hard to get any work done for end of quarter.

Has been running slow and spinning for days and just spent even more time on the phone to work it out, however, problem still not resolved.

As per usual MYOB claiming something works fine when it doesn't. Issues are still on-going. Status Hub showing no issues.
MYOB loves charging for a product that is dysfunctional.

Hi All,
Totally get where you're coming from. Nothing worse than trying to get stuff done when the system's dragging its feet. Appreciate you hanging in there! The good news is the issue's now been sorted on our end, so things should be behaving themselves again. When you get a sec, give it another go and it should be running smoothly.
